Prior to the day of your big event, Streamline Support reviews and organizes your event data, maps out your hardware needs, and confirms you have adequate space, lighting, power, and internet service to prevent any unplanned obstacles.
The day of your event, Streamline Support sets up the hardware and trains your volunteers to check guests in and out and enter auction data accurately. Throughout the event, we provide ongoing hands-on support and troubleshooting.
Immediately after your event closes, Streamline Support breaks down and packs up the equipment, organizes and reconciles recording and auction sheets, and generates a sales summary, a report of cash and check payments, and a list of unpaid bids.

Streamline Support provides the hardware you need for your guests to check in and out at your event, including laptops, tablets, printers and networking equipment—all ready to connect with your payment software and terminals. We can also provide WiFi hotspots, which can result in significant savings on internet connectivity during your event.
Prior to shipping, our technicians rigorously test the equipment to ensure it works properly and is compatible with the donation software your organization uses. As a result, you can trust that your systems will be optimized for quick and accurate data entry which means your guests move through the line faster, and get to the bidding more quickly.

Jon Bridenbaugh started Streamline Support (formerly NW Auction Support) nine years ago with the hope that he could help nonprofits take the stress out of the most stressful part of their benefit auctions - the technology. His professional background in technology and retail poises him to focus on excellent customer service.
Booking & Sales Manager
Ed Kreefer has worked for Streamline Support as booking and sales manager since 2011. He provides expert on-site support, as well as manages Streamline Support’s other technicians and scheduling for events. Ed is also a key communicator with clients, ensuring all pre-event items are taken care of.
Senior Lead Event Technician
Everett takes care of all the hardware we provide, keeping it all up to date and tested. He also packs it up expertly for shipping as well as for local events. Everett is our lead on-site tech, having provided on-site support for over 130 events in his 3 years with Streamline Support.
